The great, amazing and wonderful thing about this year’s plum season is that we get our plums freshly cut for us! In all honesty, the problem with making 60 plum cakes in a day was that the plums had to be cut… by us. Cutting anywhere from 200-400 kilos of plums a day proved to be an extremely difficult task, mentally and physically.
