Chocolate Glaze
  • 300 g dark chocolate
  • 130 g butter
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 6 tablespoons corn syrup
  1. Over a water bath on the stove, melt all ingredients together. Stir until well combined.
  2. Remove the frozen desserts from the form and place on a wire rack over a baking tray (to catch the excess glaze).
  3. Pour the glaze over top the mousse desserts and make sure to double check for air bubbles and missed spots.
  4. Transfer to dessert plate and decorate with chocolate shavings.
