Granola Crunch
 
 
This can be used as a great, crunchy topping for any mousse or dessert!
Ingredients
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g honey
  • 30 g canola oil
  • 100 g old fashioned oats
  • dash of almond flour
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Heat the sugar, honey, and canola oil in pot over the stove until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour over top the old fashioned oats, almond flour, and salt.
  3. Mix until combined and transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake at 160 Celsius or 320 Fahrenheit until golden brown, while stirring occasionally. About 30 minutes.
  5. Let cool and break into pieces.
  6. Use as topping!
