Grilled White Peach and Blueberry Pie with Oat Streusel Crumble
A delicious summer dessert that's easy to make just by placing on the grill!
Serves: 5 portions
  • For the oat streusel crumble:
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 120 g flour
  • 20 g almond flour
  • 20 g old fashioned oats
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • For the white peach and blueberry filling:
  • 4 white peaches
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • pinch of cinnamon
  1. For the oat streusel crumble: Start by working the butter and sugar together with your hands.
  2. Once mixed, add the flour, almond flour, old fashioned oats, and cinnamon. Mix together to form a crumbly dough.
  3. Break apart with your finger and then place in the refrigerator
  4. For the white peach and blueberry filling: Peel and slice the peaches into small cubes.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the sugar, corn starch, and cinnamon.
  6. Pour over top the peaches and blueberries. Mix together.
  7. Fill into heat proof glasses.
  8. Top with the oat streusel crumble.
  9. At this point, the glasses could be frozen, or simply placed in the refrigerator until ready to be grilled.
  10. The grill should be heated to around 190 Celsius or 375 Fahrenheit. Place the glasses directly on the grates and grill for about 15-20 minutes, until bubbling and lightly browned.
